We aim to design buildings that are emotionally satisfying with lifestyle benefits second to none. All Sunpower designed dwellings exceed the minimum requirements for a Five Star Rating on First Rate. (All our new homes would receive a 7-8 Star rating and renovations generally a minimum of 5 Stars)

Sunpower Design provides a fully integrated inhouse design service which provides the following:

Individually designed homes and renovations, with full working drawings and specifications.
Fully integrated engineering design of structural and renewable systems
Interior design
Detailed costing of projects
Contract Administration - overseeing construction enabling a smooth construction process
Town Planning applications and negotiations

Consultancy and public speaking on sustainable issues (we have advised Government ministers on sustainable issues and lectured extensively throught Australia on behalf of the Australian Greenhouse Office)

We have the ability to design systems that are unique to sustainable housing , like our own greywater storage system.
